Blocos are more like this, a gigantic street party with nominal structure but mostly just a downright crazy mess of street vendors, music, dancing and wildness. Some stay limited to a certain neighborhood or block, depending on size, and some move throughout busy streets and thoroughfares, picking up new revelers on every block. If you think anyone is getting any work done in these offices today, you're out of your mind.
