Hipster Similarity #2: Gypsies Wear Animal Print
As a nomadic people, I suspect gypsies are often limited to food and materials that they catch or find themselves. Therefore, we must conclude that this girl constructed her own leopard-print swimsuit out of actual leopard that she hunted down somewhere in the Valley (they have leopards in the Valley, right?). The Native Americans believed that using every part of the animal was a sign of respect, as well as an acknowledgment of man's own place in the natural universe. Hipsters often profess a similar level of eco-friendliness, but then they wastefully throw away thousands of yards of below-the-knee denim every year when making their ironic cut-offs.
