The critical reception to the album is, well, mixed, with some reviewers impressed by KoRn's ability to change on the fly after nearly 20 years of pillaging hip-hop and move on to pillaging a brand-new genre of popular music, with others noting that it's "filled to buggery with pointless robot noises and ultrahardcore WUB WUB WUB-iness." I'm listening to it right now, and I'm fairly certain it's as close to the Brown Note as has ever been recorded.
