This weekend at Freak City, party-goers got way low and way interpersonal on the dance floor.  While enjoying the endless supply of drinks, guests got down with their eighth grade selves and brought back the ever popular freak dance, hard.  We thought the moves were as dead as disco, not seen since the days of school dances, bar mitzvahs, and sweet sixteens but the freak came out in full force at the Saturday night rager, proving it's back and better than ever.

Put your back into it and hop on the (freak)train with the help of these pointers from the weekend freak dance revival...

Freaking against a wall is always helpful, it provides some support in case you get a little wobbly.

Don't be afraid to multitask. Drinking while freaking is cool, if not encouraged.

Remember that you can never get too low...

Mix things up with same sex freak trains.

An aerial shot just to give you a better sense of freaking in the context of a party. Being in close proximity to others freaking helps promote the freak spirit and motivate.

Don't forget about the arms. Although the dance is mostly pelvis and legs, arms and upper body are definitely important tools for getting freaky.

Pants are always optional. Also, doing it atop a table or elevated surface where the rest of the party can see you is a bold move that should be reserved only for those experienced in freak trains.
