This is the Renault Twizy. You can see a more complete picture here. Size wise, it makes the SmartCar look like a Pontiac Aztek. I guess this is a good thing, but I think Americans would have an easier time accepting the electric concept if most electric cars didn't look like they might die before reaching the 18th hole.
