Between Harold & Kumar, several runs on network TV, and Star Trek, John Cho's made a good enough name for himself that it's easy to forget that he got his start drunkenly chanting "MILF!" at a photo of Jennifer Coolidge in the opening scene of American Pie, which also more or less introduced that now-ubiquitous phrase into the public lexicon. Well done, John Cho. You're a real American hero.
