Like any destination Hollywood nightspot, the crowd at Lure can differ dramatically depending on a variety of circumstances, and that in turn can seriously affect your experience as a party goer. You certainly wouldn't want to invest your time, money and effort into a hardcore night out only to find that it was Amateur Night and the club was completely inhabited by Tapout-wearing bros from the Inland Empire Rohyphnoling every drink in sight, would you? That's why your best play is to show up on Thursday, best known to the all-local crowd as "LUREsday." Last night's go-around featured tunes from Italian DJ Alex Gaudino, and as we could tell in our time there, the locals were ready to throw down.
