Kate Middleton Actually Made Meghan Cry
When addressing the tabloid story that Meghan had bullied Kate and made her cry ahead of her wedding, Meghan said in reality it was "the reverse." Kate was the one to make her cry over flower girl dresses, and that she had apologized and sent her flowers. "I am not sharing that piece about Kate to be in any way disparaging about her. I would hope that she would want that to be corrected," Meghan said, adding that she is "a good person."
Nevertheless, the fact that the story was allowed to flourish in the first place, Meghan said, marked a major turning point in how she saw she was being treated by the family. She was shocked that they didn't step up and defend her.
