Flat Iron
Located above Shoreditch's Owl and Pussycat, Flat Iron will be open mid july. The owner, Charlie Carroll is creating this restaurant in order to offer a good steak at a price everyone can afford. After searching for the right cut of steak to fit the bill, Carroll eventually decided on the flat iron, cut from the shoulder, hence the name. This cut of steak will be the only available meal option, steak and a salad. But don't fret, the signature British chips will also be a side, offered.
