Mental Health & Addiction Struggles
Glamorous as her life is, Charlotte nevertheless suffered under the pressure of having a family in the public eye. During her podcast appearance, she revealed her struggle with eating disorders and addiction, turning to ketamine to help her cope.
"I was doing all that stuff at home. I hit rock bottom and had some medical emergencies but nothing stopped me," she said, adding that she earned the nickname "K-Angel" at school due to her excessive drug use. "I was this crazy party girl but it was a persona... My mental health definitely wasn't good."
These days, Charlotte is around seven months sober and is working on repairing her health and personal relationships. "I can't describe the feeling of being trusted and having people that love you," she said.
