Although exact details of their first meeting are unclear, it's no surprise the pair eventually crossed paths. According to reports, Isabella and Alexander began a flirtation last summer and have remained close, even while residing in different cities most of the time.
But now that the jet-setting fashion influencer and London-frequenting royal are said to be getting cozy once again, a partly long-distance relationship is not totally out of the question.
