Relieved that the Fashion Week Insanity that took over NYC last week is finally over? Well, skip over this post. Because Fashion Week is just beginning for our friends over in London, and some of our favorite New York characters (like Olivia Palermo, left) headed across the pond for round two of fashion insanity.
