2 teaspoon superfine sugar
1 ounce heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 ounces Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
Grated cinnamon and nutmeg for garnish
