Actress Jane Fonda and Warren Hoge of The New York Times hosted a dinner party Tuesday night at the Four Seasons in New York City honoring the artistry behind this year's indie flick of the year, Slumdog Millionaire. The guests of honor included the film's director, Danny Boyle (Trainspotting, 28 Days Later), writer Simon Beaufoy (The Full Monty, This is Not a Love Song), and producer Christian Colson.

This modern day fairy tale has spent the time since it's release sweeping award ceremonies worldwide including The Critics Choice Awards, The British Independent Film Awards, the Toronto International Film Festival, and recently won all four awards for which it was nominated at the Golden Globes including best picture. Dinner guests attended to celebrate the little film that could including Blythe Danner, Celerie Kemble, Dan Abrams, and Rachel Roy.
