Little Ruby’s at Ruschmeyers
Year after year we wonder who'll be in charge of the restaurant space at Ruschmeyers, the beloved hotel and bar that doubles as an adult camp-slash-playground. We now have our answer for summer 2022. Ruby's, the Aussie all-day cafe and eatery that has a cult following in the city, is launching Little Ruby's with seasonal fare, local produce and seafood, "a unique pizza program," and some large-format cocktails to amp up the vibes.
