Dopo La Spiagga, especially at their Sag Harbor location, serves up cocktails that are to die for, along with impeccable Italian food; honestly, I could rave about this place for hours, and I suspect that's the reason they have locations across the Hamptons. I'll keep it short and sweet for this one, just because I think there's far more value in you visiting the place than me describing the indescribably amazing experience waiting for you at Dopo. Visit now for a stuffed stomach, while you still can, because this was the best socially distanced dinner I've had thus far in the Hamptons.
