A Montauk Restaurant Scion Takes On The North Fork With New Spot Little Fish

Montauk à la the North Fork?

Since 2006, the whole of the Gardell family has owned and operated Montauk staple 668 The Gig Shack. This year, son Arden Gardell has flown the nest, going out on his own and opening up Little Fish in Southold.

A stone's throw from McCabe's Beach, the new spot is all good vibes, from the bright colored interiors and tapas-style menu of fresh seafood-forward fare to the lively schedule of musicians on deck to perform.

Monk Fish Tikka Masala, Green Goddess Crab, and The Shack's Signature Margarita? Sounds interesting, no?

Oh, and don't get us started on the fish-shaped, baked-to-order corn cakes!
