While many restaurants in The Hamptons scramble to meet safety requirements in order to open, there are a select few outdoor-only spots, that while a horrible bet on a rainy day, seem to have been designed to handle such a pandemic.
Napeague mainstay The Clam Bar has just announced it will be open for business, spacing out its tables, and removing counter service. I don't know about you, but I am way way way overdue for their order of steamers, and a Beet & Arugula Salad (no cheese and add on seared tuna, if you must know).
I won't blame you if you get a lobster roll - It's literally the only thing everybody else gets - I'll just silently judge you and your basic-ness.
