If you like tacos, you'll love Tacombi. What once began as an idea on the shores of Mexico, is now definitely a reality on the East Coast out in Montauk. They combine traditional Mexican recipes with locally caught fish and Montauk-made tortillas to create a one of a kind treat. It truly is hard to pick what you want to order, as mostly everything is prepared on-sight with organic, local produce. The fresh-pressed juices will have you addicted and their cocktails are second to none; they include but are not limited to Mezcal Mule, Margarita, Pina Colada and my personal favorite - the Rubio, which is tequila spiked watermelon and lime). I dream all day about their ceviche and the huevos con carne breakfast taco, which comes with eggs and slow-roast beef.
