Property Crashing, The New Share House?

Sick of sharing a house with a bunch of bros on the weekends? This guy might have the right idea... Apparently, sources told The New York Daily News that a squatter has set up camp among the many acres of the home of Estee Lauder cosmetic billionaire, Ronald Lauder's, Wainscott estate - only nobody knows where! The new "guest" has been spending his days on the Wainscott Beach and straight up enjoying the beautiful summer weather. Maybe if the whole share house thing is not exactly your speed, this could be a fabulous idea... I mean let's be honest, some people have so much property, what is stolen couple of hundred feet in comparison to these mega homes? Obviously I am aware that this is not possible, but here are some of my top picks of homes I'd like to property crash...

1. Billionaire, Ira Rennerts $170 million estate in Sagaponack. I mean just look at this beauty.

Of course it is going to hard to sneak into this house, but lets just pretend we could find a few square feet to hide out for a few nights. I mean, maybe we could make a bed out of the $150,000 hot tub!

2. Amagansetts Bay Residence is more modern. This home has big glass windows all over, so were going to need to make sure that we are not too close to the actual house. This shouldn't be a problem, because with five acres of beach we can just make a little tent area by the ocean, maybe even a little beach bonfire!

3. East Hamptons Northwest Peach Farm, is set on a stunning 10 acres. This home overlooks a former peach orchard - love it. It might be fun to start off with a couple of nights on this grassy property, catch some fireflies at night and then head over to the Amagansett Bay Estate to get our feet wet.

4. Three Ponds in Bridgehampton. With 60 acres of Hamptons farmland, this place has got lakes, a USGA-rated Rees Jones golf course, 75 foot-long swimming pool and a grass tennis court. If we play our cards right camping out here we can really get a full day of activities in and end our day with a night dip in the pond! Right now I am pretty sure this place is still on the market (for $75 mill), so we might want to make a move and get in there before real owners get their hands on it.
