Back in January it was reported that Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle were seeking out new residence, along with the rest of their family, in Florida. Now it seems they've finally taken the hint and gotten rid of their outpost in the Hamptons, meaning they could leave New York and not look back. *Cough* Good riddance!
According to the New York Post, the couple has sold their home in Bridgehampton for $8.14 million in an off-market deal, a transaction which supplies them with quite the substantial profit considering they purchased the place in 2019 for just $4.5 million.
The 9,200-square-foot mansion boasts seven bedrooms, a heated gunite pool and spa, waterfall, and direct waterfront access onto the 25-acre natural pond. Whether or not the new owners plan on keeping Don Jr.'s notorious "gun room," the property is a gorgeous get and surely better off without them.
Don't let the door hit you on the way out, guys!
