Though Day & Night isn't an exclusive to the Hamptons, the option of drying off from a wicked champagne shower on the sun-soaked patio at East Hampton Point is, most definitely, exclusively Hamptons. The Labor Day & Night party showed us that these guys know how to go out with a bang...and have us already looking forward to next year's sun (and champagne) soaked Saturday afternoons.

With one table ordering 40 BOTTLES of Veuve Cliquot (necessary. obviously.) and a couple others getting in a champagne-spraying BATTLE, the party was pretty much the definition of excess.

Then chugging Moet.......and more Rose....

The usual champagne spraying...

...oysters...

...dancing on tables...

...and even MORE champagne spraying. Over and over and over again.

But, then again, isn't "excess" the norm in the Hamptons? Especially on the LAST WEEKEND in the Hamptons? Well done, Day & Night...you definitely made our weekend (and, our summer) a memorable one.
