Cities love food trucks. This is fact. It's when these food trucks decide to branch out to the surrounding areas that we get super excited. Coolhaus food trucks, known for their presence in on the West Coast, and just recently in New York, are debuting their digs in the Hamptons this summer. The trucks serve calorie-free, gourmet ice cream sandwiches, with edible wrappers! A no calorie and no trash ice cream sandwich? That sounds like my perfect summer food.
