Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center, Springs
The former home and studio of revolutionary Abstract Expressionist Jackson Pollock and wife – also painter – Lee Krasner, the House and Study Center is a location brimming with both historic and more contemporary history. Visitors can take a guided tour of the house, as well as the studio and see a glimpse into the creative minds of Pollock and Krasner. The floor of Pollock's studio is still intact, paint splatters and all, so you can even walk on a bit of his work.
