Though open for business since Memorial Weekend, Serafina celebrated its official opening in East Hampton last Saturday. In true Hamptons form, the fete was filled with (mostly) well-dressed Hamptons residents, afternoon cocktails, and even a Real Housewife.
Ramona Singer and her husband Mario were both in attendance, as well as the usual dabbling of PR and media reps (hey, we're not complaining) at the sunny Saturday evening soiree. Staff passed mini Serafina nibblers around the outdoor dining area, while bartenders whipped up some surprisingly strong Martini Rosato cocktails. Owners Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato, what true Italian gentlemen they are, ensured all guests were properly cared for, encouraging them to try the pizza, and making sure the unofficial Queen of Pino never had an empty glass (see below).
Overall a delightful, albeit typical, Saturday evening soiree in East Hampton, we're excited for a summer filled with dining and drinks at this Manhattan-turned-Hamptons staple.
