Do you have any advice for young creatives just getting started?
Alex Bass: My advice would be to put yourself out there as soon as possible. It’s amazing how responsive people are to cold emails. Do not let fear dissuade you from pitching yourself and your ideas to those who you admire in a certain industry. If you present yourself confidently and clearly, people will be responsive. And always be nice to people; you never know who you might meet who could give you great advice.
