Why did you choose this Hamptons location for your pop-up?
Michele Bass: We chose the Hamptons for a few reasons, firstly because we have been coming out east for decades, and now live here during the season and have become part of the community. We thought this would be a good testing ground for our business. We know that there is a huge creative force in this community and love of art (historically, many artists worked out here and were inspired by the area) and of course, food.
