If ArtHamptons didn't quench your world-renowned artwork lust, the G.R. N'Namdi Gallery is hosting a series of exhibitions, the Hamptons Summer Art Series, at the Walk Tall Gallery, proceeds of which will benefit Hoops 4 Hope, Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York, Long Island Alzheimer's Foundation, and The Committee for Hispanic Children and Families.
The first of four exhibitions features the large-scale abstract impressionism of Ed Clark, whose work can be found in museums worldwide and who is credited with being the first artist to use a shaped canvas. Tomorrow there will be a cocktail reception at the gallery from 5-9 benefiting Russell Simmon's Rush Philanthropic, which exposes underprivileged urban youth to the arts and aids struggling artists of color.
