
Say "thank you" to your host by bringing her some homemade Baci chocolates. These Italian hazelnut chocolate ganaches are the perfect little treat to go with an after-dinner glass of wine. Lots of people don't really know too much about them, so if you're not by an Italian specialty store, you can't go wrong with making your own. Each "bacio" (Italian for "kiss") comes with a love saying, so bonus points for including your own!
You will need:
50 gms – 1.75 oz. milk chocolate
10 gms – 0.35 oz. butter
50 gms - 1.75 oz. chopped toasted and skinned hazelnuts
50 gms - 1.75 oz. Nutella
11 (or 14) toasted hazelnuts
100 gms – 3.5 oz. dark chocolate
