Mini Oreo Cheesecakes
Mini Oreo cheesecakes are great because a whole Oreo serves as the crust of a mini cheesecake. They're the size of normal cupcakes so they fit easily into Tupperware. It's good to note that if you're more of a New York style cheesecake fan, you can leave out the Oreos in the recipe and substitute a Nilla Wafer as the crust.
Your Will Need:
Oreo cookies
2 Packages of cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
bakers chocolate (for drizzle)
