White Chocolate Bird's Nests
Ingredients
14 ounces white chocolate
4 cups pretzel sticks
Your favorite egg-shaped Easter candies (Peanut Butter M&M's, Cadbury Eggs, etc.)
Directions
1. Slowly melt chocolate on a very low heat either on a double boiler or in the microwave (stirring every 30 seconds).
2. Pour melted chocolate over pretzel sticks until coated evenly. Hint: use a wooden spoon to mix and break some of the pretzel sticks.
3. With a spoon and fork, form bird's nests on parchment paper.
4. Add 3 egg candies to each nest.
5. Let the chocolate nests set until firm. Hint: place in refrigerator for several minutes to speed up the process.
6. Serve or package to your liking.
