This brings to mind Fargo, and some sort of post-apocalyptic orphan child living in ruins somewhere. The acid-splotched effect adds to this, as do the shoulder cutouts, adding a ripped, worn in effect. There's a lot of slouch and draping in this piece from his Fall 2013 collection, and like many of the pieces in this genre of sci-fi fashion, it's not conventionally sexy, but it still pulls off its own kind of allure. This also blends the genre with a riveting sort of avant-garde androgyny to it. [Photo via]
