The first season of the show was a classic introduction to competitive fashion meets television, and
Jay McCarroll ended up snagging the title from Kara Saun, Wendy Pepper and Austin Scarlett. He came out with a documentary called "Project Jay" and also starred in a feature documentary called "11 Minutes" in 2008. He had his own show at
New York Fashion Week. Jay has his online boutique, The Colony, and was on the show "Celebrity Fit Club," which he also won.
