Only two weeks after formally filing her divorce from singer, Seal, rumors have it that the model is dating her Germany's Next Top Model co-judge, Thomas Hayo, an ad exec who lives in New York. The two, who have been working together for some time, were seen flirting on set of the TV-show. Heidi never had a knack for handsome guys, so this guy seems like a little venture outside her usual hunting grounds. [DailyMail]
