Daily Style Phile: Oh My, Oh Land

The drop dead gorgeous Dane, Oh Land, has been on our radar for a while.  She performed on Letterman and Jimmy Kimmel in March, was at SXSW, released her second album 'Oh Land' this past week, performed last Thursday for VS mag and is currently touring the US and Europe. She's the new pop bombshell, and we can't get enough of her...

The Bio:

-25 years old

-From Copenhagen, Denmark

-Full name:  Nanna Øland Fabricius

-Moved to Brooklyn in early 2010 to finish her latest album.

The Story:

Born to an opera singer mother and a composer father, Nanna Øland Fabricius has always been exposed to the arts world and performance scene.  A former student of the Danish Royal Ballet and the Swedish Royal Ballet, Oh Land was a dancer for 10 years. At age 18 she had to stop dancing due to a slipped disc in her back.  Since then, she has turned her sights towards musical performance and has been quite successful.
