Where To Dine: Craigie on Main

If you’ve made the effort to come to Boston, you simply cannot leave without taking the short trip over to Cambridge and trying Craigie on Main's famous burger. Let me briefly explain the anatomy of this work of art: a housemade bun holds together an eight ounce grass-fed beef patty (meticulously crafted and mixed to perfection with a subtle umami flavor) which is topped with Shelburne cheddar, lettuce and onion dressed in “burger vinaigrette,” and finally, chef Tony Maws' very own mace ketchup. Decadent, savory, with a little bit of spice, it's literally the perfect burger. 

Here’s the catch - only eighteen of these masterpieces are made each day, so best to get an early start!
