Don't get stuck in what we call the "basic b*tch cut" all winter. Long dull hair that's always frizzy and always in a ponytail. For what? "Women should express themselves all the time. Because of your hair you dress differently, wear makeup," says Brandon, "women who are boring don't dress up and they don't have fun. Short hair brings out who you really are.
