Artist Bill Fitzgibbons took an experience that most normal humans dread - walking through an underpass at night - and turned it into a party. His piece called LightRails has lit up the nights in downtown Birmingham, AL by converting the art deco arches of a derelict tunnel into a shifting rainbow.
